There's
just no style without color! And just no color without style... That is a
fact of life in this new century, dear readers. So please pay heed in order to
succeed-as the new millennium smiles upon us.
Red
is back! Bold, bright and vibrant. From red-blonde through auburn.
Brunette? Do not despair. Tones span the heavens from neutral to
gold.
And
hallelujah, I declare! Color is once again multidimensional, moving away
from flat and even. Highlighting and stranding are in evidence
for all over the head, rather than in specific

even spied an occasional color difference between the ends of the hair and the
